Contrary to popular belief every real estate agent does not have a blog.  Some have no idea what a blog is or where to find one.  Blogs are powerful tools. 

What is a blog?  Although not an official definition, I like to think of a blog as a tool that enables one to get exposure – to get a product or service in front of the target audience.

Marketing real estate in today's world requires a clear and ever present Internet presence. Research has demonstrated most buyers find their house initially on the Internet.  Research shows that buyers and sellers find their real estate agent on the Internet.

If you are going to sell your house, you need a real estate agent who knows how to use the Internet to achieve results, to get attention, to place your market in front of your buyer prospect pool.

Its All About Stepping Up When Opportunity Presents
