The school of hard knocks is a good teacher, but the tuition is prohibitive. Those words were left on one of my blogs by Realtor Ken Cole of Staten Island New York.
His words should be taken to heart by any real estate buyer or seller who choses to go it alone and not use a real estate expert when buying or selling a house or condo!
Likewise, when shopping for a mortgage use a local expert - a local mortgage broker or bank. Remember the lender is not “giving" you a mortgage” as you are going to pay. The question is how much and for how long.
Use a local real estate agent who knows your market if selling in Viera, Suntree or Rockledge, Florida. If you are a buyer, your reale state agent does not cost you a nickle.
