I was thumbing through some magazine and an article caught my eye – actually a sentence that said something "fear is believing in the unseen" as well as "faith is believing in something unseen."How does fear and faith relate to real estate? Every transaction, be it a short sale or a regular standard sale or the act of shopping for a new house or condo involves both.
