There are lots of attractive values in the local Brevard County Florida real estate market. There are folks who are buying up some of these short sales, foreclosures and other “under valued” properties.So what makes good sense? In a nutshell I consider things such as
- Buy the worst home in a well maintained safe neighborhood,
- Buy in a good location as it is ALWAYS ABOUT LOCATION,
- Buy with local real estate knowledge,
- Buy with a bit of realism (don't bottom feed)!
